Making the familiar strange and the strange familiar is a strong motivation for me. I think these pieces would be uncanny even at a larger scale (4 to 6 feet tall). I want to make larger versions of some of them, but right now there are time and space limitations. Once I have a full menagerie of sculptures at this small scale I plan to make versions of some of them at a larger scale.
